મહત્વપૂર્ણ સૂચનાઓ / Important Instructions
· વિદ્યાર્થી દ્વારા દાખલ કરેલું નામ અને અન્ય વિગતો માર્કશીટમાં દર્શાવેલી વિગતો પ્રમાણે જ હોવી જોઈએ. (The name and other details entered by the applicant need to be the same as those in the marksheet. )
· વિદ્યાર્થી ફક્ત પોતાના ઈમેલ એડ્રેસ દ્વારા જ પ્રવેશ પોર્ટલમાં લૉગિન કરી શકશે. ( Applicant can log in to the admission portal through their registered email address, only.)
· વિદ્યાર્થી દ્વારા પોતાના જ એક્ટીવ ઈમેલ એડ્રેસનો ઉપયોગ કરવો જરૂરી છે. (Applicant must use his own active email address.)
· સ્નાતક (UG) અને અનુ-સ્નાતક (PG) અભ્યાસક્રમો માટે ABC ID અને DEB ID જનરેટ કરવાના રહેશે. (For Undergraduate (UG) and Postgraduate (PG) programs, ABC ID and DEB ID must be generated.)
· વિદ્યાર્થી દ્વારા આપવામાં આપેલ ઈમેલ તેના દ્વારા ઉપયોગમાં હોવો જોઈએ અને સમગ્ર પ્રવેશ પ્રક્રિયા દરમિયાન વિદ્યાર્થી તેનો ઉપયોગ કરી શકવો જોઈએ. (The Email address provided by the applicant must be functional and the applicant must have access to it throughout the admission process.
· પાસવર્ડ ઓછામાં ઓછો 8 અક્ષરનો હોવો જોઈએ તથા તેમાં ઓછામાં ઓછો કોઈપણ એક કેપિટલ અક્ષર (A-Z), કોઇપણ એક સ્મોલ અક્ષર (a-z), કોઈ પણ એક અંક (1-9) અને કોઈપણ એક સ્પેશિઅલ સિમ્બોલ (@, !, # વગેરે) હોવો જરૂરી છે. (The password must be at least 8 characters long and must include at least one uppercase letter (A-Z), one lowercase letter (a-z), one digit (1-9), and one special symbol (such as @, !, #, etc.).
· UG અને PG પ્રોગ્રામ માટે રજીસ્ટ્રેશન ફી GCAS પોર્ટલ પર રૂ. 300/- ચૂકવેલ હોવા જોઈએ તથા GCAS Application ID મેળવેલ હોવો જોઈએ. (For UG and PG programs, a registration fee of Rs. 300/- must be paid on the GCAS portal, and a GCAS Application ID must be obtained.)
· UG અને PG અભ્યાસક્રમના વિદ્યાર્થી એ લોગીન કરી મેનુ માંથી Link DEB ID ક્લિક કરી DEB ID લીંક કરવું ફરજીયાત છે ત્યારબાદ પોતાની એપ્લીકેશન સબમિટ કરવાની રહેશે. (It is Mandatory to Link the DEB ID through Samarth portal for post-registration process.)
· અરજી કરનાર દ્વારા અરજીપત્રક ભરવા માટે ગુગલ ક્રોમ બ્રાઉઝરના લેટેસ્ટ વર્ઝનનો ઉપયોગ કરે તે ઇચ્છનીય છે. (Applicants are encouraged to use latest version of Google Chrome web browser for filling the application form.)
